Product delivery / Shipping

For orders worth more than 80 € with VAT is shipped FREE across Greece.

In any case, your order will be sent to you by us or by ELTA-Courier during working hours and days (Monday – Friday, 9:00 to 19:00).

Our company and its partners take all necessary measures for the valid delivery to you of the products ordered by you. But is not responsible for any delays due to force majeure or events beyond its control.

Illustrative is not responsible for causes of delay in delivery due to delays at customs, interstices loading-unloading, transport strikes or other strikes that affect the delivery of products in the warehouses of our suppliers etc.

In the event of any delay we will make every effort to contact you in data you have given to your informing and consulting with you about the new delivery or delivery of another product.

We take every care to advise you with regard to any lack of availability of a product nevertheless they are likely to be unexpected shortage or unavailability of the product from our suppliers (after confirmation of your order).

In this case, we will again make every effort to contact you to the information you have given the order to inform and consult with you on the new delivery or delivery of another product or cancel the order without penalty and for both parties and interest-free repayment of any money paid within a reasonable time.

Shipping costs are as follows:

• For orders with a total value of up to €80 including VAT (regardless of volume and destination) shipping costs €4 including VAT throughout Greece
• For orders with a total value of more than €80 including VAT, shipping is FREE throughout Greece.
• For each shipment with a cash on delivery order, regardless of destination, the cost is €3.00.
• You can also collect your order from the store (or by phone). In this case, shipping costs are free. Before stopping by our store, please call us to make sure your order is ready.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to return the product you received within 14 calendar days from the day you received it with only the cost of shipping and returning of the product (courier) which will be at your own risk.

Clarified, however, that the exercise of that right (send the request and the product) should be made not later than the above days (proof of dispatch in: the hallmark of a courier or mail or in any other case, the date of receipt of the product in stock).

Necessary conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal are:

a not opened the packaging of the product and may not have used the product.

Not to have removed the product from the packaging in which you delivered the courier company.

Not to have removed any other tag or markings (eg stickers, brand signage etc.) have on their products. Also, should all types be returned in perfect condition received no damage, no defect (subject to the return of a defective product), complete and in their packaging (for items that are received in special packaging – eg fragile products – should be returned in specialty packaging solutions), and should also be accompanied by all necessary documents.
